OUR COTTAGES ARE READY!

• Duplex-style cottage homes
• Three floor plans are available ranging in size from 1,215 square feet to 1,410 square feet.
• All include a one car garage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a front porch. Some units also have a back deck.
• Cottages are rented. Included amenities:
  • All utilities except phone
  • Exterior maintenance, lawn mowing, snow removal And trash removal
• 15 meals per month, per resident, served in our dining room
• Bi-weekly housekeeping service
• Participation in our scheduled activities and programs
• Priority consideration for our residential care apartments
